摘要
应用孕激素、苯甲酸雌二醇、孕马血清和前列腺素、孕马血清或促卵泡素探索黑熊人工诱导发情。发情检查采用外阴观察并结合阴道涂片。繁殖季节试验母熊１６头，效果明显；非繁殖季节试验９头，发情率１００％，３ｄ发情同期率为６６．６（６／９）；５ｄ为３３．３（３／９）。
Synchronization of artificial,inducing oestrus in black bears is investigated by using proges-terone ,E_2B ,PMSG and prostaglandin and PMSG or FSH treatment. Oestrus was checked by means ofthe observing vulva and vaginal smear.Sixteen female bears were induced during the breedin8 season(July to August,1991)the result which was very good.Nine female bears were induced during thenon-breeding season(October to November),the oestrus rate was 100%,In 3 days ,the synchroniza-tion rate was 66.6%(6/9),but in 5 days it was 33.3%(3/9)。
