摘要 本文探索以粉石英为原料,选择合适的助剂,烧制多孔陶瓷的工艺制度。讨论了各种助剂及烧成制度与气孔率和孔结构之间的关系。烧制出的石英质多孔阳工具有35%~45%的气孔率和5~30m的孔径,可用作过滤气体、液体和流态化布气材料。 In this paper, the technology using natural powder quartz as starting materials and liquid paraffin,carbon powder as well as calcium carbonate as foaming agents for preparing porous ceramics has been studied. The relationships between various foaming agents,agglutinants,sintering conditions and pore configuration have been discussed. This kind of porous ceramics has 35%-45% porosity, 5~30m pore diameter.It can be used to flit liquids,gases and fluids.
