通过ＸＰＳ，ＩＲ对封接玻璃表面的分析，说明用硅烷处理其表面是一种化学过程。从ＸＰＳ，ＩＲ得到的信息中，作者提出硅烷与玻璃表面化学键合的理想状态。
It is identified by XPS and IR analyses that the surface treatment of sealing glass by silane is a chamical process. The authors suggest an ideal chemical bonding status between silane and galss surface according to the information goind from XPS and IR.
