摘要 从不同种类表面活性剂/醇/硬脂酸甲酯(油相)/蔗糖水溶液所组成的微乳液体系的相图出发,研究它们所形成的微乳液的标准热力学函数,并得到标准自由能变化与醇的碳原子数和温度呈线性关系。 The microemulsion systems consisting of surfactants(ionic and nonionic),oil(methyl stearate),sucrose water solution and alcohol were studied thermodynamically bymeans of pseudo-tertiary phase diagram to determine the standard free energy for alcoholtransfering from oil phase to the interfacial region. From the effects of temperature,theentropy and enthalpy were calculated.The effect of chain length of the alcohol was alsodescribed.It was found that there is a significant difference between the standard free energy of ionic and nonionic siirfactfants;and this thermodynamic function changes linearlywith the increase of the number of carbons( n)in the alcohol.
