摘要
本工作在室温至大约300℃,5Hz~13MHz,测量了铌铁酸铅陶瓷的介电常数.发现在ε~T曲线上除110℃附近的峰外,在较高的温度还有另一个峰.这后一个介电峰用体性质与表面性质不同给予了定性的解释.
Dielectric constants of PFN ceramics were measured from room temperature to about 300℃, at frequencies of SHz~13MHz. An additional dielectric anomaly to the one near 110℃ was found above 110℃. The high temperature dielectric anomaly was qualitatively explained in terms of property difference between the bulk and surfaces of the samples.
