摘要
我们研究汽车尾气颗粒物气管染毒后对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞、脾脏ＮＫ细胞和Ｋ细胞的免疫功能的影响，结果动物肺泡巨噬细胞Ｆｃ受体表达、ＡＭ抗肿瘤细胞毒作用、抗体介导细胞毒作用以及对脾脏Ｋ细胞活性受到抑制，并具有一定的剂量和时间效应关系。
his paper investigate the effects of automobile exhaust particulate on the immune functions of lung alveolar macrophage(AM),spleen natural killer and K cell in rat after administered intratracheally.The results showed the number of AM Fc receptors ,AM antitumor cytotoxicial activity,antibody mediated cytotoxical effects and K cell activity in spleen was suppressed significantly.There were dose-responses and time-effects relationships existed.
