静息时四肢皮肤微循环的特性 被引量:1

摘要 使用非损伤性直记式光电脉搏仪对健康成人四肢在不同条件不同部位的皮肤微循环进行多次检测,发现静息时四肢皮肤微循环呈左右对称,血流量离心端明显小于近心端。而且四肢皮肤微循环的调节可出现共感压力反应。 The microcirculation in skin on different part of normal adults'limb were measured under different conditions by using direct non-injury electrophoto-impulse recorder.It was found that microcirculation in skin on either side of limb being at rest had symetrical data and the blood volume at the farther end of heart was obviously less than that of near one, while the regulation of the microcirculation in skin of limb may occur consensual pressure response.
