摘要
建立了一种分光光度法测定空气中乙二醇的方法。既可用硅胶管采样又可用吸收液采样,加高碘酸钾将乙二醇氧化成甲醛,在弱酸性溶液中与酚试剂反应,比色定量。乙二醇浓度在0~0.8mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为0.022mg/L,变异系数为0.92%~3.28%,采样效率在99%以上,解吸效率大于90%。该法简单、快速、灵敏。
A new spectrophotometric procedure for determination of atmospheric 1, 2-ethandiol is proposed.1,2-ethandiol is absorbed by silica gel tube or water in the sampler tube.1,2-ethandiol is oxidized to formaldehyde by potassium periodate After reacting with 3-Methy1-2-benzothiazolinonehydrazone hydrochloride (MBTH), the color formed obeys the Beer's law in the range of 0~0.8 mg/L for 1,2-ethandiol. The detection limit is 0.022 mh/L. The relative standard deviation is 0. 29% to 3.28%. Sampling efficiency and desorption efficiency are higher than 99% and 90% respectively.The method is simple, fast and sensitive.
