摘要
本文以开发的某印染厂的计算机控制系统为例,给出了集散型控制系统中上下位机实时通讯的方法。上位机用于实时显示、辨识以及诊断下位机送来的数据,并把对象参数工艺设定值以及控制决策传送到下位机,从而使整个系统运行在最佳工况下。
This paper represents a real-time communication method on the computer of DCS based on the computet control system developed by the author. The top position computer is used to display, identify and diagnose the data coming from the bottom computer in realtime. It also transmit plant parameters, technological settings and control decisions to the bottom position computer' As a result, the whole control system can operate in best state.
