摘要
５种不同品系小鼠感染卫氏并殖吸虫后，对其进行外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数观察。结果表明，嗜酸性粒细胞在经历一个时期的升降变化后，均趋于正常水平。嗜酸性粒细胞反应强度，ＩＣＲ鼠最高，Ｋｍ鼠和ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ鼠次之，Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６ｊ鼠较低。嗜酸性粒细胞的变化在种系间存在明显差别。
The peripheral eosinophils of 5 species of inbred strains of mice were observed after being infected with Paragonimus westermani. The results showed that eosinophil count tended towards normal value after a period of upward and downward variation. The intensities of eosinophil response were the highest in ICR mice, moderate in Km mice and BALB/c mice,and relatively how in C57BL/6j mice. The pattern of eosinophil response might be of significant difference between the strains.
