摘要
应用超薄层琼脂糖凝胶等电聚焦(ULAGIF),随机检测武汉地区511例健康成人红细胞酸性磷酸酶(EAP)表现型,结果EAP-A型24例(4.70%),EAP-BA型173例(33.86%),EAP-B型314例(61.45%),计算出基因频率EAPa=0.2162,EAPb=0.7838。经Hardy-Weinberg平衡公式检验P>0.995,吻合度良好,频率分布与北京、西安、辽宁等地区对比差异无显著性意义,室温保存6周血痕EAP分型无困难,为法医物证学提供了一项灵敏、可靠的检测方法。
A method of ULAGIF was used for EAP phenotype determination in 511 healthy,unrelated adults.Of the 511 individuals tested,24 EAP-A(4.70%)phenotypes,173 EAP-BA(33.86%)and 314 EAP-B(61.45%)phenotypes were observed.The calculated allelic frequencies of EAP in the unrelated samples are as follows:Eap ̄a=0.216 2;Eap ̄b=0.783 8.When the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test was performed,the observed and expected values were in good agreement(x ̄2=0.007 5,P>0.05). The allelic frequency distribution in the Wuhan population did not differ significantly from those in Beijng,Liaoning and Xi'an.This study also showed that bloodstain kept at ambient temperature for 6 weeks could be typed without difficulty.A sensitive and reliable method for forensic serological examination has been presented in this paper.
