摘要
本文以一国进入现代经济增长进程的时期先后为基点，将世界主要工业国划分为经济先行国与经济后发国。通过比较研究，揭示出经济后发国交通运输发展的特点。并对产生这些特点的原因进行经济分析。最后对发展中国家，特别是我国交通运输的发展提出几点政策启示。
According to the priority of the period when a country got into the stage of modern economic growth,this paper divides the main industrial countries in the world into two classes:the countries that start the stage of modern economic growth before the other countries(leaders),and the countries that begin this stage later,but catch up with the leaderswithin a certain period(followers),i.e.,up-and-coming countries, Applied the method of comparative analysis,the paper has found out some characteristics of transport developmentin the economic up-and-coming countries,and analysed the economic causes which lead tothese features. Finally,it extracts some policy enlightenment of transport development that ishelpful to the developing countries,particularly to China.
