摘要
本文报道用分光光度法测量人体异烟肼血药浓度。用三氯醋酸沉淀血浆中蛋白，上清液中异烟肼与１，２－萘醌－４－磺酸钠反应呈色，于４７０ｎｍ测其吸收度。采用标准曲线法计算血药浓度。其平均相对回收率为１０１．６％，ＲＳＤ为３．４％。方法简便、快速、较准确。以此法测量一般片与缓释片的异烟肼在体内血药浓度的变化，结果较好。
This paper reported studies on the method of the determination of INH in human plasma..The protein in plasma was precipitated by trichloroacetic acid.The INH in upper layer solution reacted with 1,2-Naphthoquinone-4-Sodium sulfonat, which product colour was changed.It′s absorbance was detected at 470 nm,The concentration of INH in plasma was counted by the method of calibration curve.The rate of recovery was 101.6%,RSD was 3.4%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,thus it was applied to pharmacokinetic investigation.
