High-temperature rupture toughness of direct-aged Alloy 169 for turbine disk is given by KIC (MPa m1/2 ) = 116. 4-0. 044t (℃)and J- integration at 600℃, JR = 72.2 (△a)0. 588. The experimental data of KIC at 600℃ conforms to KIC converted from J-integration. direct-aged Alloy 169 for turbine disk basically comply with the requirements of highstrength and high-toughness for the disk.
