摘要
对于心音频谱分析,我们在仪器、设备和数学原理方面的实验研究已历时五年。本文将介绍对148例正常人心音频率特性的分析。分析结果表明第一心音平均主峰值为27±9赫兹,第二心音平均主峰值为26±9赫兹,第三心音平均主峰值为22±6赫兹,第四心音平均主峰值为22±7赫兹。心音频谱分析对峰值的测定能够对心脏解剖结构及某些心血管疾病提供有重要价值的诊断资料。 我们对心音作频谱分析采用的方法是最大熵谙分析(MESA)中的伯格法,结果表明这种算法适用于短时间信号,并且对低频范围的信号有较高的分辨率。
Sound testing system and digital processing technique for signal analy-
sis are quite advanced as comparod with those used in tha last 5-10 years.
These advancements have significantly improved fraquency analysis of the
heart sounds.
For 5 years we have made experimenta1 studies on instrument, equi-
pment and fundamentals of mathematics for signal analysis. In this paper,
we described the results of frequency analysis of the heart sounds, of wh-
ich 148 normal subjects were analysed. It was observed that there exists
an average main peak of 27±9 Hz at the lst heart sound, an average main
peak of 26±9 Hz at the 2nd heart sound, an avorage main peak of 22±6
Hz at the 3rd heart sound and an averagc main peak of 22±7 Hz at the
4th heart sound. An understanding of the peaks obsorved in the frequency
spectra of the heart sound will give yaluahle information about anatomical
structures of the heart and provide important diagnostic information for
certain cardiovascular diseases.
Using Burg's algorithm of maximum entropy spectral analysis
(MESA ) method, our studies on the frequency spectra of the heart
sounds suggests that Burg's algorithm is applicable for short time signal
and there is a high resolving power for low frequency range.
