摘要
分析了全漏失深孔中螺杆钻具失速的机理,提出在钻具上端加调压环是解决问题的途径,对调压环进行了设计计算,并在实际中应用,有效地解决了深900m左右干孔条件下钻具失速的问题。
The speed loss mechanism of the down hole motor drilling tool in the deep hole with cornplete cir-culation loss is analyzed. It is proposed that incorporation of the pressure adjusting ring to the upper end of thedrilling tool be the solution to it. Design calculation are made on the pressure adjusting ring. The field applica-tion has effectively tackled the speed loss problem of the drilling tool in a dry hole around 900m deep.
