摘要
初步评估了复方有机疗效助长剂(简称Q.S.)在日本对虾养殖中的应用效果。在水温19~28℃、盐度17~28下,以40d饲养,实验池对虾的平均体长为3.94cm,增长率为0.8mm/d,平均体重为0.78g,而对照池对虾的平均体长是2.54cm,增长率为0.43mm/d,平均体重为0.25g。实验池对虾平均体长与体重分别是对照池的1.55倍、3.12倍。通过对现场取样的数据进行数理统计学假设检验法评析,科学地论证了Q.S.的作用。表明Q.S.在日本对虾养殖中不仅具有显著的促进生长效果,而且在高密度养殖中也表现出了潜在的优势。本文还讨论了Q.S.在提高对虾存活率、抗逆性和稳定水环境等方面的问题。
The application of an organic curative quickening-supporting compound to the culture of kuruma shimp,P. japonicus was investigated is reported. The juvenites of P. japonicus,8mm length in average,were cultured for 40d. Under this experimental condition with 19~28℃, 17 ~28,the shrimps were 3. 94 cm length & 0. 78g weight in average,with 0. 80mm/d of growth rate. The shrimps of culture pond,i. e. control groups, were 2. 54 cm length & 0. 25g weight with 0. 43mm/d respectively. After adding Q. S. the increase in length & weight of test shrinps were 1. 55 & 3. 12 times as much as those in naturally culture ones. The results mentioned above & of mathematic statistic-hypothesis examination show that Q. S. for shrimp culture not only has quickening growth efficieney,but also potential suitability for high density culturing. The effects of Q. S. on the inesease of survival rate of shrimps & improvement of aquatic environment, as well as prevention of diseases are also discussed.
