摘要
本文介绍采用不同改性剂对高聚合度PVC进行改性制造橡胶类改性热塑性电缆料,考察了塑化温度、改性剂、增塑剂和填料用量对材料力学性能的影响.试验结果表明,高合度PVC S-1700的最佳塑化温度为160℃,PVC S-2500的最佳塑化温度为175℃;丁腈胶N-41是PVC的良好改性剂;当CaCO_3用量为30份,DOP用量为65~75份(均以PVC/N-41为90/10,共计100)时,可制得性能良好的改性电缆料.
Thermoplastic elastomer cable compound was made from the high DP PVC modified by different modifiers. The effect of plastification temperature, the types of modifier and plastifier, and the filler loading on the mechanical properties of the compound was studied. The results showed the most proper plastification temperature for high DP PVC S-1700 and S-2500 were160℃ and 175℃ respectively; nitrile rubber N-41 was a good modifier for the compound; when the CaCO loading was 30 PHR, DOP loading was 65-70 PHR(PVC:N-4 was 90:10), a modified cable compound with good property could be prepared.
