摘要
应用(98m)Tc—ECD 或 (99m)Tc—HMPAO 对颅脑外伤24例行 SPECT 检查,连续3个月内测定其 rCBF 比值,自身比较。结果表明:SPECT 连续扫描测定能确切反映脑损伤后局部脑血流的改善趋势,并且提示:伤后第1个月是脑血流恢复的关键时期,延至第3个月时,rCBF 尚未达到正常水平。
In present study SPECT was used to observe acute head injury in 24 cases and make serial rCBF measurement.Our results show thar the serial measusurement of rCBF ratio can exactly demonstrate the tendency of the cerebral blood flow improvement which suggests that the first monthe after head injury is the key period of the CBF recovery.Until the third month,the rCBF had not returned to normal yet.
