摘要
给感染卫氏并殖吸虫的犬一次灌胃吡喹酮150mg/kg,于给药后1~48小时取虫,应用组织化学方法观察吡喹酮对虫体的作用。结果表明:药后12~48小时,虫体内糖原、RNA、MAO及AchE均有不同程度的减少,蛋白质明显增加,SDH和MDH活性在实质组织中略增强,脂肪在卵黄腺和虫卵内有融合现象。而Acp、Akp、G-6-P、Est、ATP、脂酶、酚酶及DNA则无明显变化。
Praziquantel was infused into the stomach of the dog infected with Paragonimus Westermani according to 150mg/kg. 1~48hours after administration Paragonimus Wertermani was taken out from the dog in order to observate on effect & praziquantel to the worm by the tissue-chemistry method. The results showed that 12~48hours after administration,glycogen,RNA,MAO,and AchE inner the worm all decreased in mumber, while protein markedly and SDH & MDH activity slightly inctreased. Combination of fat in vitelline gland and ovum of the worm was also seen . But Acp, Akp , G- 6- P, Est, ATP, lipoidase, phenolase and DNA did not appatently change.
