摘要
普定碾压混凝土拱坝采用不分横缝通仓薄层碾压连续施工工艺。该工程采用灰岩轧制的人工砂石骨料,将石粉含量控制在13%~17%,改善了碾压混凝土的性能。3x1000拌和楼采用拌和量0.9m3,拌和时间180s,投料顺序为(大石+小石)→水泥→(水+外加剂)→(中石+砂)。根据河床狭窄、两岸陡峭的特点,混凝土入仓采用汽车直接入仓、真空溜管入仓、固定缆机吊运入仓相结合的方法,经过两个枯水时段,计9.6个月,完成了碾压混凝土浇筑任务。
The Puding RCC Arch Dam was constructed in thinner monolthic layers and without transverse construction joint. In the artificial aggregates made of limestone,the content of stone dust was limited in the range of 13%- 17% to improve the properties of the RCC. In the batch plant of 3x1000,a mixing capacity of 0. 9m3 was adopted, and the mixing time was 180s,and the feeding materials was as the following order:large-and small-sized coarse aggregate, cement, water and additives,middle-sized coarse aggregate and sand. In accordance with the topographic features of the narrow river bed and the steep bank slopes,the methods of transporting concrete to placing area by truck and by vacuum pipe and by tank lifted by fixed cableway were adopted,and the concreting was finished in two dry seasons of 9. 6 months.
