摘要
本文应用细胞化学和光镜及电子显微镜技术对天竺葵绒毡层发育的全过程进行了系统研究.发现天竺葵变形绒毡层的发育具有如下特点:(1)绒毡层侵入药室的时间在小孢子大液泡时期;(2)侵入后要经历一个细胞质重建过程,并在较长的一段时间内保持生理活跃状态,合成大量的脂类物质;(3)绒毡层合成的营养物质及自身降解的产物均被花粉吸收利用,物质的吸收通过萌发孔进行.
The development process of periplasmodial tapetum in Pelarglnuim bortorum was studied using the light and electron microscopic and cytochemical techniques. Some characteristic aspects of tapetum during development were found as following: (1) Tapetum invades into locule when microspores form large vacuole; (2) The cytoplasm of tapetum occurs a reorganization after invasion and undergos and remains a peak of metabolism in a long time; (3) The nutrition synthesised by tapetum and the products of tapetum degeneration are absorbed by developing pollen. The apertures of pollen grains are the 'doors' where nutrition flows into pollen from tapetum.
