摘要
为解决全面部除皱术的组织分离、切除、缝合的对称协调问题，作者根据自己的体会，以面部的体表标志设计三线七点定位法。此方法简便易行，对点缝合及术后测量两侧相等距离，尤其对眉梢、鬓角、耳垂不会产生任何不对称性。此外，对除皱的解剖分离平面选择也略加讨论，提出对老年患者，尤其面颈部皮肤过度松弛者，可选用“ＳＭＡＳ’悬吊术。
In order to find a solution to the problem of the symmetry and
coordination of the selperation,ablation and suturing of the tissue
during wrinkle一removing operation,the writers,from their own
experince,designed a three一line一seven一point setting technique
according to surface marhings of the whole faec. This way is easy to
handle,to stitch against the setting points result no
unsymmetry,especially in regarding to the tip of the brows,the hairs
of the temples and the ear In addition,in the choice of the
dissecting and seperating plane for the wrinkle一removing is also
discussed it is put for-ward that 'SMAS' suspension way can be used
for the elder,especially those with exceedingly loose face skin.
