摘要
体外试验证明,由日本血吸虫成虫分离的血红蛋白酶(Hbase)能降解人血红蛋白(Hb)。紫外分光光度计(280nm)和色谱扫描分析显示,0.1、1.0和10.0mmol/L浓度的环孢霉素A(CsA)对Hbase的活性均有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑制率分别为10.16%、20.55%和27.25%。本研究结果提示,CsA的抗血吸虫作用可能与血吸虫的Hbase活性受到抑制有关。
It has been demonstrated in vitro that hemoglobinase (Hbase) from Schistosoma japonicum adult could degrade human hemoglobin. The analysis of UV-photometer (280 nm ) and chromoscanner showed that the activity of Hbase was inhibited by cyclosporin A (CsA ) in concentration of 0. 1, 1. 0 and 10. 0 mmol/L with inhibitive rates of 10. 16%, 20. 55% and 27. 25% respectively. The results suggested that the antischistosome effect of CsA may be involved inhibition of Hbase activity.
