摘要
考察了稀乙烯在ZSM-5佛石上的转化反应,提出了以汽油或异丁烯为目的产物时的反应参数;同时对乙烯在ZSM-5沸石上叠合、芳构化反应的机理进行了探讨。结果表明:反应温度为300℃时,以异丁烯为主的C4烯烃选择性最大;反应温度为350℃时,汽油产率最大。在芳构化过程中既有氢转移反应,又有直接脱氢生成芳烃的反应。
Reactions of dilute ethylene converting to isobutylene and gasoline over ZSM-5 zeolitewere investigated. Aiming at the selectivity of isobutylene and/or gasoline product, the reaction parameters were chosen. The mechanism of ethylene polymerization and aromatization over ZSM-5 was proposed.The maximum isobutylene selectivity and the highest gasoline yield appeared at a reaction temperature of300℃ and 350C respectively. Hydrogen transfer reaction was present in the course of aromatization, anddehydrogenation reaction as well.
