摘要
本文通过条件试验,提出了在甲苯-冰乙酸介质中以KBr作催化剂、四乙酸铅冰乙酸溶液作滴定剂,电位滴定测定渣油中硫酸硫的新方法。该法对渣油溶解性能好、电位值稳定、化学计量点处电位突跃明显、结果精确。经对不同渣油样(大于500℃)的多次测定表明:当渣油中硫酸硫含量在0.5%左右时,该法标准偏差小于0.01%,变异系数小于1.8%。测定结果与KIO3电位滴定法、电生Br2库仑滴定法相吻合,符合测定要求。
A new potentiometric method that uses KBr as catalyst and Ph(Ac)4 as titrant in thepresence of toluene-glacial acetic acid for the determination of thioethers in residual oil is provided after implementation of condition experiments. The method has advantages such as good solubility to residual oilsample, stable potentiometric readings, sharp potentiometric break-point, good precision and high accuracy. The results of investigation on various residual samples (>500℃) showed that the standard deviationwas less than 0. 01% and the coefficient of variation was less than 1. 8%, when the thioether content waswithin 0. 5% in residual oil. the results agreed with those of potentiometric titration method using KIO3 asthe titrant and coulometric titration method.
