SL-1型合成轮轨润滑剂的研制

摘要 用氯化石蜡缩聚合成油为基础油,加入国产优质润滑油添加剂,经过配方筛选和性能试验,研制出了一种低温流动性好、粘度指数高,并具有良好的润滑长效性和极压抗磨性的轮轨专用润滑油。该油可以代替日本进口的Omala润滑油使用,不仅能提高机车的牵引动力,减少能源和材料消耗,而且可节省大量外汇。推广应用SL-1型轮轨润滑油可以获得显著的经济效益和社会效益。 Through repeated formulation selections and a series of performance tests, a new synthetic wheel/rail lubricant, composed of chlorinated paraffin polycondensates as the base oil and differentadditives, was developed. The newly developed lubricant has better low-temperature fluidity, higher viscosity index, as well as more excellent prolonged lubricity and antiwear property, as compared with an imported Japanese lubricating oil. As a substitute for imported oil for the wheel/rail lubrication, the new oilwill bring about significant economic and social benefits.
