扼要介绍了美国Lantec产品有限公司的专利,并由国内组织生产的逆流冷却塔Impac散堆填料和高效喷头的物理性能、技术特点、应用状况和测试结果。中国石化北京燕山石油化工公司炼油厂和中国石化锦州石油化工公司锦州炼油厂测试结果为8×8m4.7m风机冷却塔选用Impac塔填料后冷却能力比玻璃钢波纹填料提高42.1%,冷却能力为740m3/h。1.25m高Impac塔填料在风量50万m3/h时,阻力为85.8Pa(8.76mmH2O)。
This paper describes the physical properties, technical characteristics, testing and status of application of dumped at random Impac packings for countercurrent cooling tower and high--efficiency nozzles, licensed for production in China by the Lantec Company of USA. The test results reveal thatan eight-meter high cooling tower equipped with the Impac packings and a 4. 7m air blower has increasedits capacity by 42. 1 % with a total throughput of 740m3/h in comparison with a similar one filled with corruguted fiberglass epoxy packings. The resistance of the Impac packings, 1. 25m in thickness, is equivalent to 87. 8Pa at an air input of 50×104m3/h in the cooling tower.
