摘要
设想了一种以非圆齿轮副作为游梁式抽油机减速器最后一级传动副的变曲柄转速抽油机的结构。利用非圆齿轮副的变传动比特性,达到在不减少冲次的前提下降低游梁式抽油机最大输入扭矩的目的。计算结果表明:这种变曲柄转速游梁式抽油机与同型号、同冲次非变曲柄转速游梁式抽油机相比,在同样工况条件下,其最大输入扭矩可降低20%以上。
A beam pumping unit with variable crank speed is assumed, on which a non-circular gear pair is adopted as the output driving pair of its reducer, in order to reduce the maximum input torque at the same pumping speed. A computer-aided calculation shows, compared with that of a conventional beam pumping unit of the same model, working at same pumping speed and under same working conditions, the maximum input torque of the assumed unit would be reduced by 20% and over.
