摘要
分析了大量汽车润滑油的粘温数据,提出了一种有关汽车润滑油低温凝胶化的理论。该理论认为,低温时每种油品都可能有多种结构的凝胶生成,并且提出了一种用常规SBV法测试的粘~温数据揭示凝胶化过程动力学规律的方法。该方法可以分析出样品有几种凝胶生成;每种凝胶为生成机理(谁先谁后,串联并联);每种凝胶的生成活化能;计算出任意温度、任意时刻该体系的组成(各凝胶的摩尔浓度)。并提出用最大成胶活化能E_(max)及开始产生此凝胶的温度T_(max)来度量该样品产生破坏性凝胶为温度和趋势,从而建立了一种判断汽车润滑油底温可泵性的方法。
This paper proposes a method for studying the kineties of gel formation of lubricatingoils at low temperature with the hypothesis that the reaction kinetie constant of gel formation is direetly proportional to its viscosity, and using the data obtained by conventionaltechnique we can obtain the following inforznation:(1)how many types of gel are formed.(2)the mechanism of gel formation: series or parallel,(3)relative concentration of the gelat given temperature and given time,(4)maximum activation energy(E_(max))and it's temperature of formation(T_(max)).Thus,we can predict the pumpability of engine oil at lowtemoerature.
