元素硫与其它硫化物共存时铜片腐蚀性能的考察 被引量:19

摘要 考察了元素硫的铜片腐蚀程度,碱洗后腐蚀程度的变化,以及硫酸、二硫化物对元素硫腐蚀的影响,并对元素硫和硫醇共存时,在脱臭前后腐蚀现象的变化进行了研究,同时比较了不同脱臭方法脱除元素硫的效果。结果表明,元素硫在很低浓度下就可产生严重的铜片腐蚀,碱洗不能很好地除去元素硫,只有在加入助溶剂后才能脱除。不同结构的硫醇和二硫化物对元素硫的腐蚀产生不同的影响,使腐蚀铜片出现不同的多彩色。脱臭过程中,元素硫能否被脱去,与硫酸结构和脱臭条件密切相关。 The degree of copper strip corrosion of elemental sulfur before and after alkali washwas investigated. The influence of mercaptans and disulfides on the copper strip corrosion of elemental sulfur was also approached. Additionally, the difference of corrosion phenomenon between pre-and aftersweetening was studied when the elemental sulfur coexisted with mercaptan. Meanwhile, the effects of removing elemental sulfur of various sweetening methods were compared. The results showed that the severecopper strip corrosion could be caused by the very low concentration of elemental sulfur. Moreover,the elemental sulfur could not be removed by alkali wash alone, but it could be removed by adding a solubilizingagent. The corrosion of elemental sulfur was influenced by the different structural mercaptans. and disulfides,which caused the corrosive copper strip to appear varied colours. In the course of sweetening, the removing of elemental sulfur was related to the structures of mercaptans and the conditions of sweetening.
