摘要
本文首先概述了岩石力学研究的一般情况，然后讨论了岩石力学的研究特点及工作方法，最后，介绍了国际岩石力学学会的活动情况，并着重论述了今后岩石力学的发展趋势。
This paper describes the recent development of rock mechanics research. Firstly,a brief review about this topic is presented. And then,the research features and lines of study are discussed. Finally,news about the activities of International Society for Rock Mechanics (ISRM) and the trends in particular in the field of rock mechanics are related.
