摘要
改革开放前，山西省尝到了“以粮为纲”的苦果；改革开放后，煤炭工业获得了巨大发展，但是在相当大的地区又陷入了“单一煤炭业”的泥潭。不论哪种方式，都破坏和浪费了资源，加剧了生态危机，削弱了农业生产。只有实行以煤补农，以煤兴农、建设以煤炭为支柱的生态农业，才能加速山西农业现代化的进程。
Since reforming and openning. coal industry has been being developed rapidly inshanxi. This caused ecological crises and decreased agriculture prod uction. Eco-agricultureshould be founded to promote the process of agriculture modernization in Shanxi.
