摘要
本组用白英合剂治疗顽固性类风湿性关节炎(RA)30例,其中男17例,女13例;年龄14～68岁,病程13～33年,平均疗程18.5天。总有效率53.33％,优于布洛芬、野木瓜的对照组(总有效率26.67％)。P<0.01。但服药初期有明显症状加剧现象,其机理可能与免疫功能有关。
Thirty cases of infractable rheumatoid arthritis were treated by Mixture Solanum Lyratum Thunb. Among them 17 cases were male and 13 cases female. The ages ranged from 14 to 68 years. The course of disease was 3 to 33 years The averaging course of treatment was 18.5 days.The effect rate of the agent (53.33%) was higher than that of controled group(26.67% )treated with ibuprofen or Ye Mu Gua. But the clinical symptoms were deteriorated in the early stage of the treatment. It may be related to immunization.
