摘要
股份合作制是我国农村改革后出现的一种独特的经济形态。它的主要特征就是兼有股份制与合作制的双重优势而出为一体。它的实践意义在于符合现阶段我国农村生产力的发展水平而又兼有市场经济的中国特色．因此，它将在我国农村长期存在并推动农村市场经济的发展。
Abstract The shareholding and cooperation system is a special economic form after the reform in our countryside. Its main nature is to have the advantages of shareholding system and cooperation system and combines the good points of the two systems into one. its practical meaning is that the syStem not only fits the development of productivity in our villages,but also has China's features in market economy. It will exist in our rural areas and promote the market economy in our contryside.
