大鼠脑损伤后波形蛋白和胶质纤维酸性蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:2

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF DYNAMIC EXPRESSION OF VIMENTIN AND GLIAL FIBRILLARY ACIDIC PROTEIN IN INJURED RAT BRAIN

摘要 以胶质纤维酸性蛋白(glialfibrillaryacidicprotein,GFAP)和波形蛋白(vimentin,Vim)为标记,观察针刺损伤大鼠脑基底节后反应性星形胶质化(reactiveastrogliosis)的发展过程。针刺后第四天Vim表达达到高峰,以后在较低水平上持续于实验全过程。Vim阳性细胞主要分布在伤口周边,但在第四天一过性出现于伤口同侧附近的大脑皮质。GFAP反应性表达增强则在7~15d达到高峰,且累及范围广,反应强度强。结果显示:反应性星形胶质化以原有星形胶质细胞的肥大为主,星形胶质细胞增生仅限于伤口周围。本文报道的同侧大脑皮质一过性的Vim表达的意义尚待阐明。 Changes of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and vimentin(Vim)in rat brain with stab wound were determined by immunohistochemistry and quantitation at different intervals up to 30 days.Vim expression reached its peak on the 4th day,then declined and maintained in the whole course of the experiment.Most Vim positive cells were found at the edge of the wound,and on the 4th day there was transient expression of Vim in the adjacent ipsilateral cortex which was firstly reported.The enhanced expression of OFAP was much stronger than that of Vim.The results suggest that the prominent event of reactive astrogliosis is hypertrophy of pre-existing astrocytes,and astrocytic hyperplasia only occurs in the vicinity of the wound.The significance of transient expression of Vim in the adjacent cortex awaits elucidation.
