摘要
本文运用ELISA法分别测定了9名正常献血员、15例类风关患者血浆及其中3例患者关节积液中的纤维结合蛋白总含量(FNT)、细胞型纤维结合蛋白(FNA+)的含量。结果显示类风关患者血浆中FNA+的含量高于对照组(P>0.05)。53%患者(8例)血浆中FAA+含量高于正常值,而合并有血管炎或干燥综合征的患者FNA+含量明显高于无合并症者(P<0.01)。关节积.液中FNA+与FNT的比值明显高于血浆中FNA+与FNT比值,结果提示,在类风关的病变过程中,关节局部有FNA+生物合成的加快,部分FNA+进而进入血液循环,导致血浆中这一型纤维结合蛋白含量的增高。
Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the concentration of total fibronectin and EⅢA+ fibronectin both in plasma and in synovial liquid of 15 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were measured. Plasula levels of EⅢA+ fibronectin averaged 3.5±1.1μg/ml in healthy individuals. Comparing with those from normal subjects,plasma samples obtained from patients contained increased average levels of EⅢA+ fibronectin (6.5±4.4μg/ml), but this difference is no statistical signification.In the group of patients, plasmatic levels of EⅢA+ fibronectin were significantly greater(P<0.01) in samples taken from individuals with clinical and histological evidences of active vasculitis or Sjogren's syndrome than those taken from individuals without any complication. The proportion of total fibronectin comparised by EⅢA+ fibronectin in synovial liquid varied from 12.6% to 22.3% and were greater than that in plasma which varied from 0.9% to 3.3%. It is conceivable that during vascular injury or Sjogren's syndrome the synthesis of EⅢA+ fibronectin were acceleratedand and the EⅢA+ fibronectin could be releasd from cells or extracellular matrix (or both) in contact with the circulation.
