摘要
目的 分析在司法鉴定中应该如何肯定诈病的诊断。方法 根据该院司法鉴定中所发现的诈病35例,进行统计分析。结果 从统计结果提出5点意见作为鉴定时应该注意的问题。结论 诈病占司法鉴定案例的0.5%左右,只要注意辩认,鉴别诊断当无问题。
Object In psychiatric forensic evaluation, the indentification of malingering was studied and discussed. Methods The clinical manifestations of 5 cases of malingering were analyzed. Results 5 points which must be emphasized were listed out. Conclusion About 0.5% of the cases encountered in forensic evaluation will be disgnosed as malingering, and the differential diagnosis was discussed.
