摘要
分析58例精神发育迟滞(MR)的性犯罪和79例性受害的特征:年龄多数处于青春期,农民占50%以上,单独犯罪、累犯率和以熟人为作案对象者较多。MR性犯罪者以男性、兴奋型为主,强奸案居多。性受害者年龄偏幼,除1例外全为女性,安定型占优势。同时讨论责任(性自卫)能力的判定问题,并提出防止措施。
The authors analyzed the characteristics of 58 sexual offenders and 79 sexual victims who were suffering from mental retardation. Most of the offenders were male fanners, and most of the victims were young girls. The authors discussed the principles about the evaluation of the responsibility of the offenders who were suffering from mental retardation.
