IC-218合金的冷轧织构和退火织构

摘要 本文用极图和取向分布函数研究了IC-218合金(一种含共格γ相的Ni_3Al(B)-Cr基合金)冷轧60%后和1000℃退火后的织构。实验结果表明,冷轧织构为{110}<112>+{112}<111>,属纯铜式织构。在退火中,冷轧织构逐渐被消除,其中{112}<111>消失较快,代之以十分漫散的取向分布,并相继形成几种弱的再结晶织构:{1,10,7}<311>,{611}<011>和{123}<121>。这些再结晶织构与冷轧织构之间存在与某些重合点阵关系相近的位向关系。再结晶织构的这种特点是由形核时的取向特点与定向长大两个因素共同决定的。切变带择优形核造成核形取向的高度分散,界面迁移能力受位向关系的影响造成某些特定取向的优势。 The textures in IC-218 alloy which is a Ni3Al(B)-Cr based alloy containing coherent γ phase,after cold rolling cf 60% reduction and 1000 ℃ a-nnealing were studied by means of pole figure rnd orientation distribution fu-nttion.The rolling texture is a combination of {110}< 112 > and {112}< 111 >, being of the pure copper type.In the process cf annealing,the cold rolling tt-xtures were qradually weakened with the texture of {112}< 111 > eliminated earlier. They were replaced by a quite diffuse orientafion distribution,among which several weak annealing textures, {1,10,7}< 311 >, {611}<011 > and{l 23}< 121 > developed in sequence. Orientation relationships between the a-nnealing textures and the rolling textures were found to be close to some coinci dence lattice relationships.The characteristics of the annealins textures were det ermined both by the randomlg oriented nucleation and preferredly oriented growth. Nucleation occurriny preferen tially at shear bands resulted in very diffuse orientation distribution. Dependence of boundary mobility on ori-entati on relationship resulted in predominance of some special orientations.
