摘要
本文介绍了在不同频率下各种厚度硅钢薄带磁感强度(B)和铁损(P)之间的关系。利用不同的曲线组可以找出在不同频率下使用的器件所采用硅钢薄带的最理想厚度。所得数据对器件的设计和市场竞争力具有很强的说服力。同时也介绍了去应力退火时退火条件对硅钢薄带铁芯质量的影响。
This article introduces the relation between the magnetic induction intensities(B)and the iron losses(P)of silicon-steel strips with various thicknesses at different frquencies.Utilizing different groups of curve,the most ideal thickness of silicon-steel strip used in devices applying at different frequencies may be found out.Data obtained are very convincing for the design of device and the market competi ton .Meanwhile, the influnece of annealing condition during stress relies annealing on iron-core quality of silicon-steel strip.
