摘要 聚乙烯导管的内壁和肝素充分接触16h后,再经低温等离子体接枝处理,制成肝素化抗凝导管。经10例次鼠尾动脉冲洗检测和股动—静脉旁路对照试验表明:肝素化抗凝导管可重复使用,血液流经该抗凝导管24h以上未见栓塞,切口处无渗血。新鲜人血灌入肝素化抗凝导管及其对照管内静搁5d发现,唯肝素化抗凝导管内无肉眼可辨血栓形成。 The Anticoagulative conduit is made of polyethylene-heparin graft copolymer. In the making process the polyethylene conduit wall is contacted with heparin more than 16h and then treated with hypothermia plasma.Washing tests were carried to the tails of ten mice and femur arterio-venous bypass tests for contrast. The results showed that the anticoagulative conduit could be used repeatly and there was not any coagulum in the conduit walls when blood flows through the conduits for 24h, neither there is any blood oozed out in the wound. Fresh human blood was injected into the anticoagulative conduits and general conduits for contrast. After 5 days and nights blood was poured out from the conduits on the white paper. There was not any thrombus visibly in blood from the anticoagulative conduits.
