摘要
红豆杉属植物中可分离出高效抗癌新药紫杉醇，受到科学家和企业界的普遍重视。陕西也有国营和民营企业开始从红豆杉树叶中提取紫杉醇的商品化生产．但我省红豆杉用仅有一个种和一个变种，零星散生于海拔４５０～１５００ｍ的秦巴山区，数量极其稀少。而紫杉醇在植物中的含量仅。０．００３％～０．０４０％，盲目扩大生产势必会造成自然资源的严重破坏。建议尽快进行资源普查，制定合理利用方案，保护现有资源；进行育苗和栽培技术研究，建立紫杉醇原料基地；进行良种选育，提高紫杉醇含量；进行红豆杉愈伤组织培养研究，探索新的原料生产方法。
Taxol,a high-efficient anti-cancer medicine,was separated from Taxus and gained a wide-consideration from entrepreneurs and scientists.The commercial production of Taxol extraction from leaves has been done by the state owner's and private enterprises in Shaanxi.There is only one species and a variety of Taxus with little amount and rarely distributed in the Qinba mountain within the elevation of 450～1500m in Shaanxi province.The amount content of Taxol is only 0.003%～0.04%,the unplanned exploitation of Taxus will lead to a serious damage on the natural resources. The reasonable strategies for Taxus utilization proposed by authors are to carry out the resources investigation,develpo a rational utilization plan, protect the existed resources,study the nursery and cultivation techniques,set up Taxol production base,select the superior variety to increase the amount content of Taxol and carry out the tissue culture to exploit the new ways for material production.
