摘要
作者重点阐述了８例异体骨髓移植患者发生急性移植物抗宿主病（ＧＶＨＤ）的护理要点及注意事项，总结了皮肤、胃肠道及肝脏损害的护理体会，并提出了预防急性ＧＶＨＤ的具体措施。
The author summarized the nursing important points and the matters for attetion in the nursing care of 8 patients with GVHD after heterogeneous transplantation of bone marrow,the nursing experience of lesions of the skin,gastrointestinal tract and liver and gave the measures of prevention against acute GVHD.
