摘要
本文总结了我院９年来的实践经验。提出在护理质量控制管理过程中应该注意以下问题；才能产生良好的管理效能。①合理性问题；②客观性问题；③配套问题；④起步问题。
From the 9-year practical experience,the author came to the conclusion that attention must be paid to such problems,as the rationality and objectivity of the administration of the nursing quality control,improvement of measures necessary to carry it out and its start.
