摘要
研究了新生牛肝细胞生长因子(cHGF)对CCl4引起的大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果表明,cHGF可降低CCl4引起的急性肝衰竭大鼠的死亡率,抑制血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和胆红素(Bil)的升高。从肝组织切片观察到cHGF可明显减轻CCl_4引起的肝细胞结构的损伤,证实HGF是一种有效的保肝活性因子。
A hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) was extracted from new born cattle liver. The Wistar rats were intraperitoneally (i.p.) injected with carbon tetrachloride (in soybean oil) at a dose of 4ml/kg body weight to induce hepatic injuries and the protective effect of HGF on thus induced hepatic damage was investigated. The results were as follows: l.HGF could decrease the death rate from 80% to 20%. 2.Hepatic histological findings indicated that the degree of CCl4 -induced hepatic lesions could be lessened by HGF. 3.HGF could suppress the elevation of sGPT and sBil induced by carbon tetrachloride intoxication.The results suggest that HGF is a potential active factor for protecting liver .
