摘要 薄层色谱展开机理的探讨王东援,金海英(沈阳药科大学沈阳110015)众所周知,若用二项分布σ=(npq) ̄(1/2)来描述薄层色谱,则斑点宽度应在R_f值等于0.5时取得最大。然而,实践中发现,R_f值越大,斑点也就越大 ̄[1],这一违反常理的现象,... t is found by experiment that the mobile phase at the front of plate moves faster than that at the back ofplate at the same moment.So,a new explanation can be put forward as follows:Upon the thin layer plate sur-face,tliere is an attachment layer of mobiie phase,formed due to wetting force and surface tension。The at-tachment layer is not equithickness everywhere, but the aheader,the thiner.Because the mobile phase movesfrom attachment layer into capillary layer continually,a flowrate gradient in the capillary layer must be exist-ed. Combined with nonequilibrium plate theory,the innormal width of spot on TLC can be explained perfect-ly.
