摘要
黄河下游泥沙淤积的主要原因是河道输沙能力不足,目前着眼于发掘河道输沙能力的各种“调水调沙”减淤措施,包括通过河道输送高含沙水流入海的设想,排1t泥沙用水量为40~100m3,浪费了大量的水资源,而减淤效果并不明显。本文提出通过明渠高含沙水流将大量泥沙在进入下游河道之前自水库输送到两岸洼地及低滩,既可使下游减淤,又能使水沙得到充分利用。文中分析了高含沙输沙明渠的不淤流速、水力坡降、断面尺寸等设计计算方法,初步论证了这种节水减淤措施的可行性及由此带来的巨大社会经济效益。
Insufficient sediment-carrying capacity is the main reason for causing sediment deposition in the Lower Yellow River. At present, people are seeking various measures of 'regulating water and sediment' to increase the sediment-carrying capacity and thus to reduce deposition. These include the idea of using hyper-concentrated flow to deliver sediment through river channel into the sea' This approach needs 40 to 100m2 water to deliver one ton of sediment. The effect of reducing deposition is insignificant and yet a great deal of water resource is wasted. The method introduced in this paper is to use open channel to discharge sediment frO'm reservoir to the low lands on both sides of the river by hyper-concentrated flow, thus to reduce deposition in the Lower Yellow River and to utilize water and sediment fully. This paper analyzes the non-silting velocity and the hydraulic slope and proposes a method for designing and calculating the size of cross section. The feasibility and social-economic profit are also discussed preliminarily.
