摘要
注入渤海的海河水系上游山西省榆社县新发现两处旧石器时代晚期遗址，出土２００多件石制品和２件装饰品。石制品中含典型的细石器．遗物分布在河流阶地砂砾层中．骨化石１４Ｃ测定文化遗址的年代为距今１万多年前。
Two microlithic archeological sites, Zhaowangcun and Mengjiazhuang were discovered inthe second terrace of the bank of the Quanshuihe River northeast of Yushe County, ShanxiProvince. We gathered many stone artifacts and tWo ornament abjects made of bone and shell,and some fossil bone fragments in the sites. A radiocarbon date of 10290± 110 years ago oncollagen from a butchered horse bone from the Zhaowangcun and a date of 11960 ± 150 yearsago on rhinoceros humerus collagen from the Mengjinzhuang are consistent with thegeomorphological and stratigraphic data with respect to the general age of the deposits.More than 200 stone artifacts were excavated or collected. These at.tefacts include typicalmicro- cores, microblades and small and fine implements, such as various scrapers, burin,arrowheads and others. Judging from the micro-cores which basically belong to the colt-shapedmicro-core pattern, the technology of the micro-coles appears to be a continuation of the technology of the micro-cores from the Xiachuan site. But judging fiom the fine arrowheads whichsuggest that bow and arrow had been used and the ornament abbots which were meticulouslybored and ground in the Zhaowangcun site, it is clear that the assemblage is more advancedthan those from the Xiachuan site.
