摘要
介绍了RE-I2复合对固体深层渗硼催渗的作用.结果表明,在固体深层渗硼剂中添加RE-I2有明显的催渗作用,不但可提高渗速,而且渗硼层厚度也明显增厚.初步探讨认为.RE-I2的催渗作用主要受两方面因素的影响,即(1)被渗金属表面应有活性RE、I2原子源;(2)RE-I2的复合效应能使基体晶体更容易产生畸变.
The paper intrduces the function of compounding RE-I2 to the urging seeping of deep solid adding boron. The result show that adding RE-I2 to the urging seeping of deep solid adding boron has obvious urging seeping functions. Not only does it increase expediting,but also the thickness of seeping boron layer is increased obviously.The rough study finds that two aspects affect urging seeping functions of RE-I2 mainly,The firsit is the surface of seeping metal must have atomic original of active RE-I2. The second is the compounding effect of RE-I2 should make the crystal of basic body produce distortion easier.
